The online registration for the October 5 – 7, 2018 Coach Certification Workshop is now open at https://agentforms-app.ca.uky.edu/login.  The deadline to register is Friday, September 21^st.  The online registration will close by 8 pm EST on this date.  Fees for this workshop must be postmarked no later than the deadline date.  Background check must be completed in order to go, please see Regina or Candice at the Shelby Co. Extension office.
